El cuarto álbum de Patton para Blue Note en 1965. Big John Patton con Grant Green a la guitarra y Harold Vick en el saxo tenor, Blue Mitchell en trompeta, Ben Dixon en batería. Cuando termino de grabar su álbum dijo "Siento que este disco me mueve más cerca de interpretar la música a mi manera." Y sin duda lo demostró en cada nota que salía de su órgano basta con escuchar la estupenda “Fat Judy” para darse cuenta.
